Phx Zoo
Mike and I took the kids to the Phoenix zoo for the 24th. Even though it is was 105+ degrees, we had a great time. There was plenty to see and do which made the day alot of fun. This zoo is quite large so we didn't see everything we wanted to, but we plan on going back again soon. To help with the heat issue, they had two different water play areas for the kids & adults if they wished to get wet. It definitely felt great to cool off and it made it easier to walk around in the sun. Next time we plan on getting there early. They open at 7 am so the earlier the better.

what a fun zoo, although it looks funny to see Mike holding Carter under the water fall. How did Carter feel about that?
haha I love the one where Mike is taking Carter to the shower...my kids would be flipping out! :0) Too cute!
