She also had an unfortunate accident that left her with a fractured right elbow. The accident occured on Tuesday April 20th. The weather was warm and the pool was out. Kids were havign a great time and of course Aleena wanted to join in the fun. We have a small slide in our court that the kids can move around and it always ends up in the pool so the kids can slide down it. Aleena had already gone down a couple time but the last one didnt quite work. She slipped off the top of the slide and landed on her back and right arm. A couple days later and a swollen elbow, we discovered that she had fractured it. They put her in a splint and the smallest sling they could find. We felt so bad for this poor sweet girl, but she looked so cute as well. She wore the splint and sling for a few days and then we had a bright purple cast put on which she will have until May 27th.

Kylie was about this age when she broke her arm. She also had a purple cast. She got it taken off just after we moved to the village. Brings back lots of memories. Your family is just growing up. Miss being there and letting the kids play in the water and talking.
She looks so cute with that tiny little sling!
